Appendix

The full appendix of the subscribers' edition is also printed in the trade edition, with only minor changes. In the subscribers' edition Appendix I and Appendix II are not designated as such, as they are in the trade edition, and the headings of the two Nominal Roll pages are set in one line instead of two; "systems of transliteration" at the end of the paragraph preceding the table of dates and movements is reduced to single inverted commas for the trade edition, where the punctuation is also amended - the full stop being placed after the inverted commas.
